Our recent trip to San Francisco to celebrate my wife’s 50th Birthday was highlighted by private wine tastings in Sonoma and Napa arranged by our good friend/ wine consultant (Scott Barbieri) of Wine Spectrum. The underlying concern we had was transportation and with Scott’s awareness of Black Tie our plans were passed along to Black Tie organization. I was contacted both by phone and email of suggested pick up times and felt very confident and stress free. Our trip became even better when we were assigned a driver named Pete Leimpeter!! Pete instantly won our confidence in his knowledge of the area, his awareness of the wineries we had planned and his professionalism to keep us on schedule. I must say, Black Tie and Pete’s friendship has won our future business coming back to Napa!! We will be in touch soon!

They have excellent service from booking your transportation to the cleanliness of the cars/buses. They also provide you with water for the ride to and from the airport. I feel safe letting them drive my family and I and have for the past 10 years. I have never had them come late or not show up at all. That's happened with other services I've used. They are thorough and are consistent with their level of service.

I have used Black Tie many times for business and pleasure. I have had no negative experiences ever. The cars are always late models and extremely clean. The drivers are always on time if not early and the reservations department has never let me down with their knowledge of the area and creativity. I have tried other local car services that are less expensive but there is no comparison, it is worth the extra money to travel with Black Tie.

We use their services all the time and I have to say - they are fantabulous! Very customer service focused andfriendly. I have booked airport transportation, wine tours, stretch limousines and corporate shuttles with themand I've never had a problem as the drivers are always early. The cars are well maintained and exceptionallyclean and comfortable. These guys are my first choice when i need a sedan or limousine.

My husband used Black Tie befor and recommended them for our daughters sweet 16 party. I am so glad hedid. We went with the stretch navigator which was perfect for a group of 15/16 year old. Our driver, Jeff, wasawesome. What impressed me the most, were the little things. When we were driving over to SF we had somesparkling cider. When we got back into the car after dinner, all of the dirty glasses had been cleaned up andrelplaced along with a fresh bottle of cider. I love that. Professionalsim like that is what I appreciate.

I have booked Black Tie to take my parents to the airport several times. They always arrive early in a cleanauto and the drivers are more than helpful. My father likes to arrive early and that is never a problem. If youwant to the get the best service for your loved ones, I recommend Black Tie.

Black Tie is great! We used them the day of our wedding to transport guests to/from our wedding site andagain the night of my husband's bachelor party. I would highly recommend them if you're looking for first class service!
