Our staff will confirm your reservation by fax or email and confirm your pick-up time by telephone one day before your departure to ensure all your travel plans with us are in order. - Our Dispatch Center operates 24/7. All rides are tracked on a proprietary transportation company management system. Dispatchers are constantly in touch with our drivers via cell phones and pagers to handle any last minute changes that are relayed to them from the client.
- All vehicles are non-smoking and detailed inside and out daily.
- We have 3 full time certified mechanics on staff at our headquarters to handle any repairs needed. If a vehicle must be pulled for special services, another one will be seamlessly substituted from our fleet.
- We own a fleet of over 65 vehicles available to accommodate any last minute changes or additions.
- All chauffeurs are required to pass a substance and alcohol test upon hire, are subject to continuous random drug testing and are part of the DMV pull program.
- All chauffeurs are CPR trained and certified for the safety of our passengers.
- All vehicles are equipped with fire extinguishers.
- A 35-point safety inspection check is done before and after each trip.
- All vehicles are licensed and routinely maintained to the standards of the California Highway Patrol and the Department of Transportation as well as inspected.
- Black Tie carries 10 million dollar liability insurance (state of California requires 750,000) Background/security checks are done on all new chauffeurs through an outside security company hired solely for this purpose.
- All Black Tie Transportation drivers are fluent in English as a first language. We do employ individuals who are fluent in other languages as well. If an alternate language is required, we will do our best to accommodate.
